Throughout the warmer months, field trips are organised around the Sydney area and beyond. There is also a major annual field trip involving surveys in areas where the reptile status is unknown. In recent years this has focused on areas in far western NSW, such as; Sturt, Mootwingee, and Peery National Parks.
