Overview

The second Sydney Olympic Park Survey of the season will be on Sunday 27th November, starting at 8am and running through to lunchtime/early afternoon. The previous survey was very successful with 7 species of skink (including 14 blue tongues), five species of frog (including some amazingly brightly coloured green and golden bell frogs), and to cap it off only the second sighting of a jacky dragon.

These surveys are a great way of getting involved in herpetological field work and getting to know other members of the society. Because this is contracted work for the Sydney Olympic Park Authority, those who volunteer their time are given priority for field trips.

Please forward your expression of interest to Bob King at bobdeb@aapt.net.au & further details will be provided to the attendees closer to the event. Must be a financial member to attend.
